The gemologists and jewelers at JAGi Lab are looking forward to working with you.

First, we’ll need to set you up with an account on our website. From there, you’ll be able to create orders and input items, see your order progress, track shipments, and view/pay your bill.

Once we set you up with an account, we’ll give you a call to get your package info- all we need is weight and dimensions. We’ll e-mail you a UPS Next Day Air shipping label. Just stick it on your package and drop off in-person at UPS. Make sure to get a receipt!

Once we receive your package, we’ll give you a call to go over everything before we get started.

Please double box and securely package your items. Your package will be covered by our insurance policy if it is packed according to their requirements.

JAGi Lab complies with our insurance policy’s requirements for packages to be covered, which includes paying for add-ons such as expedited shipping, signature required, registered mail, etc. If the value of your items exceeds our coverage limit, we may divide your order into multiple shipments. An associate at the lab can give further detail.

Call the lab with questions. If you prefer a cheaper method, you may provide your own shipping label covered under your own insurance policy, or sign a waiver that releases the lab from financial responsibility for the contents of your package.
